docs-driven-development is an opt-in workflow for a repository’s living
product specification. It is not part of the default init pack. Install it by
copying .smithers/workflows/docs-driven-development.tsx, its .smithers/lib/ddd/
helpers, and .smithers/ui/docs-driven-development.tsx from the source
repository into your project, or by installing a workflow pack that ships it.
The seeded layout also includes a blank portable starter spec under
.smithers/spec/, not Smithers’ own spec.
Run it from the project once installed:
bunx smthrs monitor or Gateway /monitor.
